Seeji or Saji

Seeji or Saji is very Special Balochi cuisine type having distinctive flavor of Ranikot. Traditional Saji consists of whole lamb (fat & meat intact), marinated in salt. At the rare stage it is considered completely cooked. Skewing a whole lamb makes it very appetizing for all. It is served with naan or roti or rice.


Saji with Chatni & Lemon


Dum pukht 

Dum pukht is very Special Balochi cuisine type having distinctive flavor of Ranikot. Traditional Dum pukht consists of meat & vegetables and cooked over a low flame, in dough sealed container with few spices. It looks really appetizing and It is served with naan or roti.




Mutton Dumpakht

Haleem or Hareesa

Haleem or Hareesa is very Special cuisine having distinctive flavor of Ranikot. Traditional Haleem consists of wheat, rice, meat, lentils and variety of spices are used. It is slow cooked for hours till the flavor of spices blend with meat, lentils etc.  it looks really appetizing after being garnished with fried onion, ginger, green chilies, coriander leaves, lemon wedges and chaat masala . It is served with naan or roti.
